No, we only offer refunds or exchanges if you received a damaged product. We can't also just refund your item if you don't have a proof/video during unpacking your items.

Eau De Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils compared to Eau De Toilette, making it longer-lasting. All OPHÉLIE perfumes are crafted as Eau De Parfum to ensure rich, lasting scents.

While paper strips are good for an initial test, it's best to try the perfume on your skin since your body chemistry can change how a fragrance smells. OPHÉLIE perfumes adapt beautifully to different skin types, revealing their true depth.

We offer a gift package for each scents, but it's still important to consider the recipient's personality and preferences. For example, Quiet Gentle is perfect for someone who enjoys subtlety, while Luxurious Imprint suits those who prefer something bolder.

Keep the perfume about 10-20 cm away from the skin and spray behind the ears/back of the neck/front of the chest/inside of the elbow/inside of the wrist. Fragrance will last 5 – 8 hours.

A few spray are enough, as OPHÉLIE is an Eau De Parfum with a long-lasting scent. Start with one to two sprays and adjust depending on how subtle or intense you want it to be.

Apply perfume right after a shower when your skin is slightly damp to lock in the fragrance. To attain finest scent, use the perfume 30 minutes to 1 hour before going out. OPHÉLIE's blends are designed to evolve beautifully throughout the day, so morning application is ideal.

Store OPHÉLIE perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve their quality. Keep the bottles tightly closed when not in use.
